Peter F. Herrell was admitted to the bar in 1975 for Wisconsin, U.S. District Courts and the Western District of Wisconsin. In 1976 he was admitted to the bar for the U.S. Tax Court, and in 1983 for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He is the co-author of “Wisconsin Recent Developments and Selected Issues In Bankruptcy,” PESI, 1990. He was a Trustee in Bankruptcy from 1975-2006. His memberships include Eau Claire County (Treasurer, 1978-1979, 1992-1993) and American Bar Associations, and he's been a State Bar of Wisconsin member BICR Bd of Directors(2000-2006); [Lt., U.S.N.R., 1970-1972]. |
