Biography:
Charles G. Norseng is a native of Chippewa Falls, born in August 1945, to Marshall Norseng, a teacher-lawyer-judge and Mary Norseng, a Registered Nurse.
He graduated from Lawrence University, Appleton, Wisconsin in 1967, served in the U.S. Army and was discharged in 1971 and graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School in 1972.
He has a general office practice with trials in Wisconsin courts. He practices insurance law, civil litigation, employment law, guardianship and elder law. He is an "A" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
He has served as a Chippewa County Court Commissioner since 1982 and was selected in 2000 to be one of the Charter Fellows of the Wisconsin Law Foundation in recognition of his service, both to the bar and to his community. He is "an attorney for the common man" and a lawyer the layperson can understand.
